Right of withdrawal

  1. In accordance with applicable law, a Customer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, without giving any reason.

How to request a return

  1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send us a clear statement of withdrawal from the contract by contacting us at care@leposse.com.
  2. A return request may also be submitted through the customer panel, if this option is available for the order.
  3. Submitting a return request does not require prior approval from the Seller in order to remain effective within the withdrawal period.
  4. After the return request is submitted, the Seller sends the Customer a return label and the instructions necessary to complete the return.

Free return

  1. Returns are free of charge.
  2. The return label is provided by the Seller after the return request has been submitted.

Condition of returned items

  1. The returned product should be in unchanged condition, allowing it to be resold.
  2. In particular, the product should not show signs of use beyond standard inspection, should not have been washed, and should be free from odours and stains.
  3. The product should include all original tags, security elements, and packaging, if applicable.
  4. If a reduction in the value of the product is found as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, the Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly, in line with applicable law.

Refunds

  1. The refund is processed after the returned parcel has been received and verified.
  2. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until proof of its return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
  3. The refund is made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different solution.
  4. The refund is made without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the date on which the Seller is informed about the withdrawal from the contract, subject to the right to withhold the refund until the returned product or proof of return is received.
  5. The time required for the funds to be credited depends on the payment provider and the Customer’s bank.
