We process international orders in accordance with carrier procedures. Please note that customs duties may apply according to local regulations in the recipient country.
During periods of increased demand, such as holiday months or other seasonal occasions, shipping times may be slightly longer due to the high volume of orders and carrier work, but we make every effort to ensure that parcels reach customers before the planned occasions.
Gift card shipping and validity
The gift card is digital and is sent directly to the email address provided with your order. If you select a specific shipping date, the card will automatically be delivered on the selected date. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of shipment.
Returns and complaints
RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
The easiest way to make a return is to log in to your customer account and use the "Return" option for your order. Filing a return in your customer panel is the quickest way to initiate the process.
However, submitting a return request in the customer panel is not required and is not a condition for returning the product. You may return the product without waiting for approval of the return, provided you submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

After submitting your declaration, you have another 14 days to return the product.

The order number must be included with the shipment to enable efficient identification of the return.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
Products should be returned intact, unused, clean and with original tags.

REFUND
We will refund the payment no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the product back or confirmation that it has been shipped.
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be released using the same payment method used for your purchase.
The time it takes for funds to be credited depends on the payment operator and the bank and is typically up to approximately 10 business days, although in practice it is often faster.

Gift card returns and complaints
Due to the digital nature of gift cards, refunds cannot be issued once they have been shipped. We remain available for any technical issues that require clarification.

Tailoring and personalization
PERSONALIZATION
Selected designs can be personalized at the ordering stage. The scope of personalization includes pre-defined elements and is implemented based on the information provided in the "Order Notes" field or in direct contact after the order is placed.
Each personalized project is prepared individually, therefore personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
TAILOR'S ALTERATIONS
We offer the option of making tailoring adjustments after receiving your order, within the scope specified for a given project.
Corrections are made locally and concern the adjustment of the structure to the silhouette, such as lengths or circumferences.
Designs subject to tailoring alterations are treated as individual orders and are not subject to return or exchange.
