During periods of increased demand, such as holiday months or other seasonal occasions, shipping times may be slightly longer due to the high volume of orders and carrier work, but we make every effort to ensure that parcels reach customers before the planned occasions.
Gift card shipping and validity
The gift card is digital and is sent directly to the email address provided with your order. If you select a specific shipping date, the card will automatically be delivered on the selected date. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of shipment.

We also work on weekends , ensuring efficient and careful logistics. In Poland, both courier shipments and the option of delivery to parcel lockers are available, including the possibility of choosing ecological packaging.

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You can conveniently return it by logging in to your customer account.
Products must be returned intact, unused, clean and with original tags, within 30 days of receipt.

The jacket with a soft waistline, designed with a sense of proportion and a conscious pursuit of a clear form, is sewn from a high-quality blend of Tencel™ fibres and cotton, providing both noticeable structure and comfort of wear.
The front of the structure is closed by a massive button made of natural pearl, carefully selected especially for this project, whose deep colour and noble volume complete the composition without the need for excessive contrast, while each of the cuffs is finished with four identical buttons made of the same pearl, emphasizing the coherence and precision of detail. There are also two flap pockets on the front.
The inside of the jacket is finished with a lining in a shade that harmonizes with the color of the main fabric, constructed with a division into several elements that harmonize with the anatomical line of the silhouette and ensure a fit without stiffening, which reveals the level of tailoring attention to the internal form.

PERSONALIZATION
Selected designs can be personalized at the ordering stage. The scope of personalization includes pre-defined elements and is implemented based on the information provided in the "Order Notes" field or in direct contact after the order is placed.
Each personalized project is prepared individually, therefore personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
TAILOR'S ALTERATIONS
We offer the option of making tailoring adjustments after receiving your order, within the scope specified for a given project.
Corrections are made locally and concern the adjustment of the structure to the silhouette, such as lengths or circumferences.
Designs subject to tailoring alterations are treated as individual orders and are not subject to return or exchange.
