BLIK and fast online transfers are also available.
You can use deferred payments or split the payment into installments. Available options will appear during the order finalization stage.

We process orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours of payment being credited.

Gift card
The gift card is in digital form and is sent to the email address specified in the order.
If a specific date is selected, the card is delivered automatically on the chosen day.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of sending.
Returns and complaints
RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
To make a return, submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, and then send back the product.
The easiest way to do this is through the customer panel, where a "Return" option is available next to your order. Submitting a request in the panel allows us to identify the order faster and streamlines the entire process.

Submitting a return request does not require approval. You can send back the product immediately after submitting the declaration.
After submitting the declaration, you have 14 days to send back the product.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.
Products should be returned in an undamaged, unused, clean condition, and with original tags.
Refunds
We will process the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of its dispatch.
Funds are refunded using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
The time it takes for funds to be credited depends on the payment operator and the bank and usually takes up to about 10 business days.
Important operational information
In the event of a return of an order, the refunded amount may be reduced by a fixed operational fee of PLN 5, resulting from the costs of logistical handling of the return, including product acceptance, quality control, and reintroduction to circulation.
In the event of cancellation of an order after it has been paid for, but before its fulfillment, the refunded amount may be reduced by the operational costs related to payment processing incurred on behalf of payment operators.
The return process involves additional logistical operations and packaging circulation, which is why we encourage thoughtful purchasing decisions.
COMPLAINTS
We handle complaints with due diligence, within 14 days of receiving the notification. In most cases, the process is faster, but we reserve the indicated time for its full completion.

A long coat crafted from a soft wool blend in a subtle white with a warm pearl hue. The design is meticulously detailed, with clearly defined shoulders and wide lapels that drape softly over the silhouette. The front fastens with a double-breasted closure, and the waist can be adjusted with a belt in the same fabric.
Adjustable button-and-strap cuffs organize the design and evoke a classic character. The back remains clean, with a single slit at the hem for ease of movement. PERSONALIZATION
Selected designs can be personalized at the ordering stage. The scope of personalization includes pre-defined elements and is implemented based on the information provided in the "Order Notes" field or in direct contact after the order is placed.
Each personalized project is prepared individually, therefore personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
TAILOR'S ALTERATIONS
We offer the option of making tailoring adjustments after receiving your order, within the scope specified for a given project.
Corrections are made locally and concern the adjustment of the structure to the silhouette, such as lengths or circumferences.
Designs subject to tailoring alterations are treated as individual orders and are not subject to return or exchange.
