During periods of increased demand, such as holiday months or other seasonal occasions, shipping times may be slightly longer due to the high volume of orders and carrier work, but we make every effort to ensure that parcels reach customers before the planned occasions.
Gift card shipping and validity
The gift card is digital and is sent directly to the email address provided with your order. If you select a specific shipping date, the card will automatically be delivered on the selected date. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of shipment.

We also work on weekends , ensuring efficient and careful logistics. In Poland, both courier shipments and the option of delivery to parcel lockers are available, including the possibility of choosing ecological packaging.

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You can conveniently return it by logging in to your customer account.
Products must be returned intact, unused, clean and with original tags, within 30 days of receipt.

A delicately fitted maxi coat, designed with a balanced construction and calm silhouette proportions. This double-breasted coat fastens with four magnetic clasps, and is complemented by an additional oxidized hook and loop fastening and a belt to tie at the waist.
The design features broadened shoulders and a slightly lowered armhole, with a high rear vent that allows for ease of movement and elongates the back. Wide lapels enhance the coat's character, and four burnished metal buttons on the cuffs provide a subtle design accent.
Two side pockets are concealed in the cut, completely invisible from the outside, integrated into the coat's design. A buttonhole is placed on the front of the coat, designed as a subtle design detail. The interior is finished with a thick, embossed, two-tone silk lining, which adds depth and highlights the quality of the finish.

Personalization
Selected designs can be personalized at the ordering stage. The scope of personalization includes pre-defined elements and is implemented based on the information provided in the "Order Notes" field or in direct contact after the order is placed.
Each personalized project is prepared individually, therefore personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Tailoring alterations
We offer the option of making tailoring adjustments after receiving your order, within the scope specified for a given project.
Corrections are made locally and concern the adjustment of the structure to the silhouette, such as lengths or circumferences.
Designs subject to tailoring alterations are treated as individual orders and are not subject to return or exchange.
