Order processing time

  1. Orders are processed on Business Days, usually within 24 hours from the moment the payment is confirmed.
  2. Delivery times shown at checkout depend on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and the carrier.

Delivery methods and costs

  1. Delivery is carried out by courier services and parcel locker operators, depending on the destination and the available shipping option.
  2. The available delivery methods and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout before the order is placed.
  3. Free shipping within Europe applies to orders over 250 EUR, where available at checkout.

International shipping

  1. We offer worldwide shipping, with a particular focus on Europe, including Spain, Italy, France, the United Kingdom and London.
  2. Standard delivery within Europe usually takes 1 to 2 Business Days.
  3. Express delivery for selected international destinations usually takes 3 to 5 Business Days.
  4. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

Additional information

  1. Once the parcel has been dispatched, the Customer receives an email with tracking information, if such service is available from the carrier.
  2. If the Customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, or fails to collect the parcel, the costs of return or re shipping may be deducted from the refund amount, where permitted by applicable law.
  3. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, the Customer should contact us as soon as possible at care@leposse.com so that we can review the matter and, where justified, initiate the appropriate procedure with the carrier.
