Where do you ship orders?
We ship worldwide, with a particular focus on Europe, including Spain, Italy, France, the United Kingdom and London.
What delivery methods are available?
We work with selected courier services and parcel locker operators, depending on the destination and the available shipping option. Available delivery methods and final shipping costs are shown at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed on Business Days, usually within 24 hours from the moment the payment is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination, the selected shipping method and the carrier. Standard delivery within Europe usually takes 1 to 2 Business Days. Express delivery to selected international destinations usually takes 3 to 5 Business Days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping within Europe applies to orders over 250 EUR, where available at checkout.
Are there additional charges for international orders?
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or other import charges may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at care@leposse.com. We will review the matter and, where justified, begin the appropriate procedure with the carrier.
Payments
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and fast online bank transfers. Available payment methods may vary depending on the country and are shown at checkout.
Returns and complaints
How do returns work?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. To request a return, contact us by email or submit a return request through the customer panel, if available for your order. Prior approval is not required for the return request to remain effective within the withdrawal period. After the request is submitted, we send a free return label and the instructions necessary to complete the return.
Are returns free?
Yes. Returns are free of charge and the return label is provided by us after the return request is submitted.
How much time do I have to return a product?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
In what condition should a returned product be sent back?
The returned product should be sent back in unchanged condition, allowing it to be resold. It should not show signs of use beyond standard inspection and should include all original tags, security elements and packaging, if applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after the returned parcel has been received and verified. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the funds to be credited depends on the payment provider and the bank and may take up to approximately 10 Business Days.
How are complaints handled?
If you believe your product is defective or not in conformity with the contract, please contact us at care@leposse.com. To help us review the matter more efficiently, we recommend including a description of the issue and, where possible, photos of the product. Complaints are reviewed without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from receipt.
What happens if my complaint is accepted?
If a complaint is accepted, we will proceed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
